The HFESS is deployed through the Integrated Power Platform (IPP), a containerised solution that combines energy storage with renewable power generation, grid connectivity, and diesel gensets seamlessly operating together under Circle Energy’s Smart Energy Management Platform (SEMP).
With sub-500 millisecond power transfer capability, advanced fault-isolation safeguards, predictive monitoring, and embedded cybersecurity including islanded firewall systems and secure, decentralised monitoring, the SEMP ensures resilience, operational safety, uninterrupted power and peace of mind for both the military and civilian domains.
Each containerised IPP hub can deliver up to 1 MWh of energy at <16 t gross weight. Designed for transportability, it is road, sea, and air transportable, including guaranteed heavy-lift aircraft and helicopter (e.g. Chinook) compatibility. Plug-and-play design allows immediate deployment as a standalone microgrid or grid-connected system. Configurations can include solar PV, small-scale wind, diesel gensets, and UAV/UGV charging stations, with multiple outlet types ensuring interoperability and easy retrofitting to existing platforms.
